Leith Scion is part of the Leith Automotive Group, which includes a number of affiliated automobile dealerships. We may also disclose the information we collect, as described above, to the manufacturer of the vehicle you purchase or lease, as required by the manufacturer, which may enable Leith, Inc. or you to qualify for any applicable rebates, discounts, incentives, or other benefits that may be offered from time to time by the manufacturer. 6. Other than the disclosures described above, we do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to companies outside the Leith Automotive Group, except as required or permitted by law. For example, we may disclose such information to the Department of Motor Vehicles, as required or permitted by law.
